Artists draw in a measured general fram that is quare,rectangular,or circular,and then refined with inner frams and imaginary reference points in order to relate parts to each other and to the original fram.In a similar fashion,teeth interact and must harmonize with there frames:face,lips,and gingiva.Aesthetic dental diagnosis and treatment are based on the interrelationship between these four elements.These frames themselves may need to be enhanced before dental restoration through orthognathic surgery,cosmetic surgery,or gingival surgery.
